pitch post 13 risk assessment by sofia

  Risk Assessment

There are many possible risks when handling the camera equipment, this is a risk because the cameras and other equipment are quit expensive and could be stolen or damaged when being used for filming. We will handle all pieces of equipment with intense care and responsibility.

Due to our chosen location we will be aware off the weather conditions to not damage any equipment. We also need to be aware of our surroundings when filming to ensure that we do not upset any members of the public or disrupt them in anyway, we also need to insure that if we film any member of the public that we get there conceit and insure them that it is a collage project that will not be posted on line for any other purpose but educational. As a group we will ensure that the person filming has a clear space to film and is not going to damage the equipment by falling over.

We will also need to remember to save all drafts of our work and ensure that our work doesn't get deleted of the video drive or memory card, when editing we will need to ensure that everything is accurately saved. To ensure maximum efficiency we will each individually save our filming on our personal USB to certify that there is no way that our project will be lost of destroyed or lost.
