brotherhood

When thinking of a name for our title sequence we decided to round up one thing every hood story has in common ad we discovered that it was the friendship which can be interrupted as "blood is thicker than water but you still need water to live" just like our chosen musicians state in their song brotherhood, which ironically relates perfectly yo our chosen genre and our chosen occurring events in our title sequence.

Through out our title sequence we specifically chose every detail to the last second to relate to our genre and our subliminal message which we are trying to portray through the use of such a captivating title sequence which consequentially captivates the audience and allows them to see what were trying to show through the shortness of the title sequence.

We also tried to incorporate as much of our day to day teenage life as possible such as smokeing, gang crime, the dialogue and language used, clothing make up, location, skateparks, specific places where we as you teenagers would prefer to eat.

As you can see it took a lot of thought and planning to get every second of our title sequence to be exactly how we wanted it to be, we did all of these small details to add a sense of realisms and to set the scene in a way that you could understand the situation thou a teenagers eyes, which reaches out to the primary audience which are fellow young teenagers intressted in stereotypical films and the secondary audience which are adults possibly parents trying to understand their teenagers ways and perspective on things.
