Firstly you find motion on your mac.

then you choose start with a template which will make the title creating a lot easier.

 

Then you choose from a wide selection of design and background effects.

                                     
Then you can design your titles colours, fonts, styles and anything else you might want to include.


                                       
Once you get to this stage you can decide how you would like for your titles to appear in the title sequence .
